Cap'n Chuck Duggins always manages to get the last word in the Inside Line magazine! That's because he writes One Last Cast, the column that's featured on the magazine's final page.

Cap'n Chuck is a licensed Maine Master Guide and Coast Guard licensed Captain. He has been guiding Maine waters for over thirty years. Over the past 11 years, his fishing clients have logged over 30,000 fish, mostly on the Penobscot River. A retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, his last Navy duty was teaching Aircrew Survival, out of the Brunswick, Maine Naval Station.

Cap'n Chuck has recently moved to Page, Arizona where he plans to fish and guide on scenic Lake Powell.
