An uptick in big bass landed on the August full moon is a phenomena I've observed over the years. Better yet, stop toying with the dinks of summer. Bulk up your baits now! Devote some time to big bass fishing this week. What I mean is, use some of the biggest Yamamoto baits we make in an attempt to land yourself the "whopper of summer" this week (and don't forget the camera): 8" Single Tail Grub (10 series) 6" Single Tail Grub (19 series) 6" Yamamoto Hula Grub (99 series) 5" Craw (3 series) 7" Senko (9X series) 6" Senko (9L series) 6-1/2" Kut Tail (7X series) 8" Worm (8 series) These larger baits were designed by Gary Yamamoto to appeal to bigger bass. __________________________________________________ DID YOU KNOW? INTERNATIONAL LARGEMOUTH The smallmouth bass is a bit of a homebody in that it hasn't gotten too far out of North America yet. However the largemouth bass...now there's a real world traveller! Largemouth flick their fins in at least fifteen countries: Brazil, Canada, Cuba, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, the USA and Zimbabwe. __________________________________________________
