Federation held its final tournament of 2003, the Yamamoto Fall Open, on Sunday, October 5th. Forty-eight teams braved cold temperatures, a fog delay, and then strong winds to fish the season's final event. A severe cold front the previous day put the bass in a non-biting mood. Nevertheless, Eric Bouldin and Dave Debelis brought 18.36 lbs to the scales to outpace the field and win the Fall Open with a little help from a green pumpkin Senko.
